Purchasing policies


All prices are in Canadian dollars. The prices listed on the page and in the basket do not include delivery costs or taxes. Taxes are charged according to your location. The final price (including taxes if applicable, delivery charges and exchange rate) will be displayed before you enter your credit card number and will also be displayed in your confirmation email. Prices may be changed without notice.

Stock availability

Boutique Espace Urbain keeps the inventory up to date. If ever the availability of an item has changed, an email will be sent to inform you and give you the date of availability of the item.


Exchanges are accepted within ten days of the date of receipt of the package. A notice must be sent to info@boutiqueespaceurbain.com to obtain return authorization. Items must be unworn, and the package must include the invoice or a copy thereof. For all exchanges, delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. Credit may be applied, no refunds.

Payment methods and costs

Visa, Mastercard and payment by Google Pay and Apple Pay credit cards are accepted. Taxes vary depending on your location.


All shipments will be posted within 2-6 working days maximum. These deadlines allow us to do a quality control before sending. Note, however, that our shipments are on average within 2 to 18 working days.

The delivery rate is fixed for the following areas: Quebec and Ontario: $10. Rest of Canada: $15.

In the United States, the delivery rate is fixed at $15.

For the rest of the world, the rate is fixed at $20.
