Boutique Espace Urban Montreal Private Shopping Parties are designed just for you, your friends and family to enjoy a private shopping experience. Whether you’re needing a girl’s night out, celebrating a birthday, or having a bachelor/bachelorette party-our private shopping parties are a perfect way to support a local business and shop for a fabulous wardrobe. These shopping parties are catered toward you and your guests-a personalized shopping experience. We will help you find the perfect outfit in an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere!
Earns rewards toward merchandise based on total sales of your friends and family during the event!
- Host your own party and receive 20% of your party’s sales (subtotal before taxes after applied discounts) in store credit
- The party hostess will also receive $10 credit for each future party booking from the hostess’s party
- If party exceeds $1000.00 or more in sales before taxes, BEUM will treat you with an additional FREE gift
Host for a Cause (Fundraising):
- Host your own party and receive 20% of your party’s sales (subtotal before taxes and applied discounts) to go to the organization or fundraiser of your choosing.
- We will write a check to the organization/fundraiser
Booking the Event:
- Pick a date that works for you and your group for your Private Shopping Party – you must confirm your event a week prior to the chosen date. Your party will be a private event after regular store hours (6pm-9pm), or non- event sales weekends. Please Email us for other availabilities.
- A minimum of 8 RSVPs is required (Due to our location size, we prefer to keep the party limited to 12 in attendance)! However, the more friends the merrier; stylish or not (help for those who are not)!
- A guest can’t make the event? No problem! We will create a personalized discount code for your guests that are unable to attend to use during the time of the party on our website. The discount code will only be active during the in-store party hours.
- Once you’ve picked/confirmed your date and time, make sure to advise your party! Remember, the more sales, the more rewards you earn! We suggest making a Facebook event, we can assist if needed. Email/text invites to spread the word of your party to get as many attendees as possible.
- Please note, you are NOT receiving money, you are receiving store credit from your private shopping party sales total! If a hostess is redeeming store credit for themselves versus fundraising for a cause, we suggest the hostess wait until the end of the party to purchase her desired items, as you can then apply the rewards directly to purchases that day!

Package Options A La Carte:
Starts at $75 per hour
- A telephone interview to analyze your needs (type of clothing, event, measurements, etc.)
- A personalized shopping experience of three hours among a vast inventory of women's or men’s branded clothing in a private local boutique.
- Tips from a professional stylist for choosing clothes that highlight your figure.
- Refreshment of your choice (coffee, tea, glass of wine, glass of bubbles)
- Small sweetness to taste
- Must be booked at least one week in advance
- Take unlimited pictures and social media posts.
- Guests receive 10% off their purchases on full price merchandises
Exclusions may apply
- Each additional hour is $100
Package Options B:
Starts at $600 for the whole day

- We will open our doors just for you and your guests-the uninterrupted perusal of our fabulous merchandise in the privacy of the entire store.
- A more detailed Catering option is available based on your preferences
- Guests receives 15% off their purchase on full price merchandises

* Parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance, but please note we are getting bookings 1-3 months in advance. Appointment confirmations will be made via email. Cancellations must be made within 2 days in advance, otherwise you will be subject to a $75 fee.
** No refunds allowed from private party purchases. Exchanges and store credits are allowed within 7days of purchase (must be unworn with tags attached, in original condition and must present receipt)
